Returns

At Mika & Max we want our customers to feel confident when shopping with us. With this in mind, our returns policy is as follows:

An exchange, credit note or refund, for full priced items will be provided only where:

• Merchandise is in a saleable condition along with original packaging and all tags attached
• Merchandise is not worn, damaged, altered or washed
• Merchandise is wrongly described
• Merchandise is different to the item ordered
• Merchandise must be received back within 7 days for receiving the item. We suggest using express shipping services. 
• Any credit notes issued will be valid for 12 months.

Returns will be approved at Mika and Max Boutique’s discretion.

****All discounted sale items are final and will not be refunded. 

If you wish to make an exchange the extra shipping charges will be at your own cost.

Or, please complete the returns form and include in your return package. Then please immediately return to our address below.

Send items back via registered post, signature on delivery and a tracking number included, this is proof that items have been sent back within the 7 day time frame.

All returns must comply with all of the above. If the return does not meet the above you will be required to pay the extra shipping and handling charges for the item will be returned back to you.

Note: Returns & Exchanges will be processed within 5 working days of Mika and Max receiving the goods and you will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.
